'Jenny is a very caring, kind and gentle person; she creates a very happy environment in which children can flourish. Jenny is very intuitive at understanding a child’s needs and the differences between how to “care” and support a 4 year old as opposed to a 9 year old and also handled our daughters’ different personalities very well! For example, when our eldest daughter needed quiet time to do her homework, Jenny always ensured that she had the right environment to facilitate this. Likewise, Jenny also recognized when our children would benefit from stimulation and when to leave them to free play.
Jenny is very enthusiastic in everything she does and this transfers to the children in her care. I am very grateful for the tremendous amount of effort and commitment she put into her responsibilities; organizing baking, trips to the park, birthday cards, and Christmas decorations to name but a few! I must add that these were always at Jenny’s initiative; I never needed to ask her!
It goes without saying that Jenny always demonstrated that our daughters’ welfare and well-being was her primary concern and as a result, both we and our children always felt happy and secure!
I think that Jenny’s aptitude, approach, dedication and people skills are a great asset when dealing with and caring for children. I would definitely recommend Jenny for any role where she can contribute her skills and experience to the development and well-being of children'.

My husband and i were really happy with the level of care you offered D. We were particularly impressed at how quickly you settled D into his new routine. The pictures that he brought home were really a joy and he clearly enjoyed his time with you.
We also appreciated your flexibility in the hours that you were able to look after D and your reliability.

You have made my returning to work and having to leave E as easy as it could possibly be. I feel that I can go to work safe in the knowledge that E is safe, happy and well looked after.
M and I are very happy with the service you provide and most importantly E is happy.
